a) Employment Contracts, Renewals, and Amendments

b) Social Insurance Calculation, Processing, and Reporting
We help you meet obligations for Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance (SiHiUi), Trade Union funds, and related fees for your recruited employees, including:
- Preparing mandatory contribution tables (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance (SiHiUi), Trade Union funds) to calculate the amounts the business is responsible for paying during the period
- Preparing monthly reports and aggregating mandatory Social Insurance contribution data

c) Personal Income Tax Declaration

- Submitting corporate income tax declarations to tax authorities within 90 days after the fiscal year-end, notifying the tax amounts to be paid upon annual finalization
- Advising on cases of overpaid taxes, tax refunds, or carrying forward excess Personal Income Tax deductions to the next year
- Explaining to tax authorities when there are requests for explanations about the entity's Personal Income Tax.
